About the Guild
Built by someone who's worked every job in hospitality
The Guild was founded by Jaice Prestenbach — a 10-year hospitality veteran who's worked from dishwasher to GM and spent two years installing POS systems across Gulf Coast restaurants. This is a business built from the inside.
The Guild exists because independent operators have always had to build quality programs from scratch, with no third party to validate what they've built. The national chains have Steritech and Ecosure. Everyone else has been on their own.
The Guild Certified emblem is a trademarked quality mark — the first accessible, hospitality-specific credential that any independent operator can earn and any consumer can find. Built on the Gulf Coast. Spreading nationally.
Our standards philosophy
Certification is earned through a real on-site audit — service standards, training documentation, facility presentation, and guest satisfaction. No pay-to-play badges. If a business doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't get the mark, and it gets a full report showing exactly how to get there.
“Fide et Hospitalitate — By Faith and Hospitality. That's not just a motto. It's the standard.”
— Jaice Prestenbach, Founder & CEO
